Single stage cooling
Single stage cooling is the simplest way to cool your home and is also the least efficient. The air conditioner can only run at 100% of it’s capacity. Two-stage cooling allow the air conditioner to run at 80% of it’s capacity and then kick up to 100% only if needed which saves you money. Variable technology gives the air conditioner 750 capacities to choose from making it the most efficient all the time.
The XR14 is a single stage cooling unit, the XL18 is a Two stage cooling unit and the XV20i is a variable stage cooling unit.
